Pool Party - Rules

To schedule a party, complete the Pool Party Request Form. Requests must be made seven (7) days prior to the event. Link to follow Rules.

  • Parties are scheduled on a first come first served basis.

  • Parties will not be scheduled with over lapping time slots on the same day.

  • No parties will be scheduled during the time slot for Family Fun Day or Adult Swim Parties.

  • Private parties must end by the posted pool closing time.

In addition to POF Pool Rules, the following will also apply to all private parties at the pool. We hope these additional rules will help make your party more enjoyable.

  1. Pay attention to what the Life Guards tell you. Our guards are trained to prevent accidents and they have full authority while on duty.

  2. If your party consists of children under the age of 17, extra adult supervision is required.

  3. Provide one (1) adult for every eight (8) minors.(It is strongly suggested that you provide one adult for every three (3) children that cannot swim or are not strong swimmers.)

  4. An extra lifeguard will be required in the following circumstances:

  • If your swimming party consists of more than 30 guests

  • If a party will involve alcoholic beverages

    • The cost for an extra lifeguard is $15 per hour per guard, with a minimum two-hour charge per party.  If alcoholic beverages are permitted, the lifeguard rate increases to $30 per hour per guard.

    • The extra life guard must be paid when the party begins.

    • You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. An additional $50 will be charged for cleaning up after your party if the guards have to do it.

  • If there is damage found after your event, $100 must be paid to the Post Oak Farm Treasurer.

  • If we have to close the pool early due to inclement weather or maintenance issues, the party will be cancelled.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Pool Committee Chairman or a member of the pool committee.
